All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

5. Damages
Binder Sweet Centre and Catering is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and also notify us so we can assist you.
6. Perishable and Food Items
Due to the nature of our sweets and catering products, certain items are time-sensitive and should be received and consumed promptly upon delivery. We recommend selecting expedited shipping for perishable orders.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
